Came in to get my vehicle checked out, manager Ricardo was super friendly and professional, explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again for sure.

Way too overpriced. How are they going to tell me that I need certain things replaced when they are the ones who had just replaced them awhile back? I think they’re just trying to get money out of us. I’ve gone 3 times and it’s been the same mechanic every single time. So either she doesn’t know what she’s doing or wants to over charge us and take our money. They wanted almost $3000 for parts AND labor. Took it to Firestone and they took care of me for less than half the price pep boys quoted me. $1400 in parts AND $1200 for labor? Do better. Especially if we’re entrusting you with our vehicles.

BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE FOR MY SON AT 8:30AM. HE ARRIVED BEFORE HIS APPOINTMENT FOR A BREAK INSPECTION AND POSSIBLE CHANGE. BUT THEY INFORMED HIM THAT NO ONE WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR THE SERVICE UNTIL 10:30AM! MY SON IS A PATIENT PERSON SO HE WAITED. THEY TOOK THE CARE BACK AFTER 1030AM. 2 HOURS LATER THE CAR WAS STILL NOT DONE. HE WAITED IN THE WAITING ROOM THE WHOLE TIME! THEY DO NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS HERE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME GOING HERE AND PROBABLY OUR LAST.

2024 Silverado 2500. Booked appointment a week in advance for 9am. No one showed up until 9:02 am to open the place up. Took a other 10 minutes to open the door. Get truck in took over an hour to rotate four tires. Never relearned the tire position and never adjusted the air pressure in the tires. Would not recommend. Something so basic and easy can't get it right at a TIRE STORE!
